Refund and Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns that are in resalable condition and/or in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to provide refunds in the event that you change your mind and that we are unable to accept returns on custom orders. To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@bornelladecor.com within fourteen days of receiving your item.
You will be required to return the item to our warehouse in accordance with our Customer Care team’s instructions. Once the goods have arrived safely, in saleable condition, or in their original packaging, our 3pl warehouse team will inspect them and, if they approve, our team will initiate a refund. It will take between 8 and 12 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We value high-quality craftsmanship, so before we ship your item to you, we carefully inspect it for flaws. We have an in-house brand manufacturing unit, so we pay extra attention to the quality of our products and services. If something goes wrong, we’ll give you a refund, a replacement, or, in some cases, a partial credit.
Contact us at hello@bornelladecor.com with images and details of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a refund.
Our Customer Care team will work with you to assess the defective or damaged item and plan the best course of action, which could be a refund, replacement, or partial credit.
We hold the highest quality control standards because we are passionate about interiors from design to completion. In accordance with legal consumer rights, all residential-use products are covered by a two-year warranty.
The relevant products will indicate that the warranty period may be extended in some instances.
